IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Information

To apply and pay for an IVP fingerprint clearance card, or to renew your card go the AZDPS website:   Arizona Department of Public Safety

Click:  
           "Fingerprint Clearance Card"
           "Request a Replacement/Apply for a Card" then Continue
           "Continue as Guest" or you can create a login
           "Apply For A New Clearance Card" OR  "IVP Renewal"
           "IVP"

Follow the prompts to complete the process. 

"Public and/or Charter School Non-certificated personnel ARS 15-512"

"Public and/or Charter School Certificated personnel ARS 15-534"
